Ronald van Heerden prides himself in being an honest and reliable person, who is always very professional, having a great work ethic and providing high-quality standard of work.  Ronnie, as everyone calls him is our preferred training facilitator and also assists with our Skills Development and Employment Equity submissions.  He has over 10 years experience in the field. Both clients and delegates speak highly of his work ethic and friendliness.

Monique van Heerden worked with a wide variety of industries giving her the edge above many of her peers.  Coming from an HR Management background she is well known for her expertise in the field. With over 15 years experience, specifically setting up administrative systems, structures and strategies, she assists companies with both legislative compliance and improving on current administrative systems. Monique is a person with integrity and loyalty and will ensure systems are followed.  Working under pressure is of no concern to her as she will always ensure deadlines are met.  She is always willing to take time to respond to questions or discuss any concerns.
