Option 1 

 

Our qualified OHS consultants, Trainers, SDF's and Employment Equity specialists will handle the full process within your organisation to ensure all legislative requirements are met.

  • Record keeping, Implementation of a filing system,
  • Selection and Training of the Occupational Health & Safety, Skills Development and/or Employment Equity Committee,
  • Attending Committee meetings,
  • Internal training of short courses & OHS training (Full list available on request)
  • On site guidance of the internal OHS audits and checklists
  • Assisting with Skills Audits/Gap Analysis
  • Compiling and Submission WSP/ATR & Pivotal report as your SDF to the relevant SETA.
  • The annual submission of the EEA2 & EEA4 reports to the DOL.
  • Assistance in completion of the required EEA12 & EEA13

 

Option 2 

 

Training of your internal SDF/HR/Training- and/or Employment Equity manager to comply with all the above mentioned duties within their specific roles for Occupational Health & Safety, Skills Development and Employment Equity.

 

Our programme run over a 3 year period and covers the requirements of the legislation.

 

  • Foundation phase - Reviewing existing structures and processes within the organisation and identifying relevant stakeholders. Evaluating their level of understanding of the legislation requirements. During the foundation phase our Specialists will take over the full role as described in Option 1, implementing all necessary processes and providing support to the internal SDF/HR/Training- and/or Employment Equity Manager.

 

  • Development phase - Training for the SDF/HR/Training- and/or Employment Equity Manager will be provided over a 12 month period on Occupational Health & Safety, Skills Development and Employment Equity duties. Useful documents and templates will be provided.  Monthly on-site visits and training on soft skills will form part of this phase which will lay the necessary foundation for the next phase.

 

  • Implementation phase - During this phase the SDF/HR/Training- and/or Employment Equity manager will practice their newly gained knowledge and skills in being actively involved in the full process of Occupational Health & Safety, Skills Development and Employment Equity. Monthly visits to monitor their progress will ensure confidence is kept and successful compliance to the legislations are met.
